What to do if you are a man experiencing domestic violence and abuse

You may find it useful to:

  • Recognise that you are in an abusive relationship
  • Always keep a record of any incidents
  • Always report any incident to the police
  • Always seek medical attention-either from Accident & Emergency or your GP
  • Always take legal advice
  • DO NOT BE PROVOKED INTO RETALIATING
